Our guards are highly trained with emphasis at the project at hand being private or public. Our guards are very knowledgeable of the Criminal Procedure Act so they are familiar with the system and how it operates should the client not be familiar with the law.

Access control is the key factor in any environment as it is the key to accessing any structure, therefore, RPS (PTY) LTD has filled this gap as our team specializes on making sure nothing or nobody will ever gain access to premises unless specified so, no matter what the situation. We believe in being strict always thereby avoiding any dissatisfaction from our clients.
Our guards are trained to attend to issues like reception areas where they are to monitor access to public and private buildings, these skills are given to our staff by training agencies in forms of customer-care, receptionists courses and public relations training, so our clients not only get the best security available but professionalism as well.
RPS (PTY) LTD has just recently qualified as an Armed Response Unit with a fully trained reaction unit to take on any obstacle we might encounter.

RPS (PTY) LTD PROVIDES THE BEST TRAINING OF HIGH STANDARD TO STAFF EMPLOYED AS PROTECTORS AT PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ENTERPRISES; OUR STAFF GO ON REGULAR TRAINING DEPENDING
ON THE INDIVIDUAL SKILL NEEDED OR DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL OR THE GROUP. TRAINING IS AN ON-GOING PROCESS TO KEEP PERSONNEL ALERT. OUR GUARDS ARE ALSO TRAINED IN FIRE RISK MANAGEMENT, FIRST AID AND EMERGENCY REACTION. WE HAVE A SECURITY TRAINING COMPANY THAT WE RECRUIT FROM WHEN FACED WITH A HEAVY DEPLOYMENT, ALL OUR RECRUITS ARE FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO REGULAR TRAINING’S WITH THEM TO DATE. WE DO PSYCHOMETRIC TESTS FROM A COMPANY CALLED KINGDOM TALENT AS WELL AS VETTING. WE DO REGULAR CRIMINAL CHECKS ON OUR SECURITY PERSONNEL, OLD AND NEW. WE ALSO HAVE A RANGE OF GUARD DOGS AS WELL A HIGHLY TRAINED GROUP OF DOG HANDLER.
