TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

RPS (PTY) LTD provides the best training of high standard to staff employed as protectors at public and private enterprises; our staff go on regular training depending 5 on the individual skill needed or development of an individual or the group. Training is an on-going process to keep personnel alert. Our guards are ALSO trained in Fire Risk management, First Aid and Emergency Reaction. We have a Security Training Company that we recruit from when faced with a heavy deployment, all our recruits are from this company and do regular trainings with them to date. We do Psychometric Tests from a company called Kingdom Talent as well as Vetting. We do regular criminal checks on our security personnel, old and new. We also have a range of Guard dogs as well a highly trained group of Dog Handlers.
